Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order at any time. Orders delivered to a PO box are the only exception to this rule.

Will I receive a tracking code for my package? Where can I find it?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery method and expected date, as well as other tracking information (if applicable). You can also view tracking information in your order history.

My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Deliveries are made before 6 p.m. in your time zone, every day. If it’s not yet 6 p.m., you can track your package online in your order history. You can also contact us at any time, and we’ll be happy to help.

Is it possible to order internationally, outside of France?

Yes, it is possible. We deliver worldwide. We apply a delivery surcharge to orders placed on our website and delivered to addresses outside of France.

Which carriers do you work with?

This depends on the selected delivery time. For each order, we select the carrier based on various factors such as the products ordered, the delivery address, the size and weight of the package, and the desired delivery time.

What time will my order be delivered?

Generally, all orders are delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Of course, inclement weather or other carrier delays can occur, but if your order doesn’t arrive within the promised timeframe and you’re not satisfied, neither are we. Contact us and we’ll rectify the situation.

Is it possible to order products with different delivery times at once?

Yes, it is possible. If your order includes products with different delivery times, it can be delivered in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each product as quickly as possible. Depending on the products in your cart, you will have a choice of several delivery times. For example, if some of your products are available with priority delivery, you can choose this option. You will only need to select and pay for one delivery time. Before proceeding to checkout, you will see how your order will be divided and the estimated delivery date for each product. This will allow you to know which ones are likely to arrive later than the selected delivery time before making your purchase.

Is it possible to have your order delivered to a collect point?

Yes, you can now have your order delivered to a collection point, but only in mainland France, Belgium, Italy, and Germany. Simply select this option when selecting your delivery address.
